New Zealand cricketer Tim Seifert has tied the knot with his long-term girlfriend Morgan Croasdale on Friday (July 30). Their beautiful wedding ceremony was held at Takapoto Estate in Maungatautari. The gorgeous location of the 600-acre estate is placed in the heart of the Waikato, right on Lake Karapiro. The Kiwi cricketer had proposed Morgan Croasdale last November whilst whirlwind 24-hour window between two Twenty20 matches.

Tim Seifert’s wife is a renowned marriage celebrant as she has her own wedding planning business. As the cricketer shared the images of his special day, the couple looked absolutely adorable. Croasdale looked stunning and beautiful in the custom white gown which was designed by the New Zealand design house, Hera Couture. Whereas Seifert was slaying in a black suit from NZ’s own Barkers.

Many renowned personalities graced the occasion to shower their blessings on the newlywed couple. The radio stars Polly “PJ” Harding and Caitlin Marett were amongst some of them. Harding had posted a picture on the following day of the wedding on her Instagram account. The image featured Caitlin Marett and the newly married Croasdale. The trio looked extremely happy and was sporting the picture with their dapper looks.

Tim Seifert took it to Instagram to announce the news of his marriage to his fans and followers. He shared two adorable pictures with his wife and captioned the post, “Best day of our lives 30.07.21 @sophieisabellaphoto.” The cricketing fraternity and his followers flooded in with comments and wished the both of them on their wedding.

The wicketkeeper-batsman had previously tested positive for the Covid-19 virus during the IPL. He was part of the Kolkata Knight Riders team and was unable to leave the country after contracting the virus just 24 hours before leaving India. He then went into a 14-day mandatory quarantine after touching down in New Zealand. He had expressed that his heart sank considering the fact that he was the only overseas player left out of the whole tournament.

“The world stops a little bit, I just couldn’t really think what was next and that’s the scary part of it you hear about things, and I thought that was going to happen to me,” Tim Seifert had asserted.
