India cricketer Ravi Ashwin is known for expressing himself freely be it on the field or off it. Even when not playing, he makes it a point to come up with interesting videos on his Youtube channel either taking interviews or conducting quizzes. He also likes to interact with the fans on social media and sometimes responds to good comments on his Youtube videos as well.

He is currently in England gearing up for the upcoming five-match Test series against the home team starting from August 4. After the World Test Championship Final against New Zealand, the off-spinner was the only player to feature in a cricket match. He played for Surrey in the final round of County Championship while the rest of his teammates were enjoying a three-week break away from the sport.

Coming back to Ravi Ashwin interacting with the fans and entertaining them on occasions, the cricketer was once again at it when one of the fans pointed out a weakness in his batting.

Fan says Ashwin has a problem with incoming bouncer

In the comments of one of the Youtube videos, a fan stated that Ravi Ashwin struggles while facing a bouncer directed at his body. He further mentioned that if the bowler comes over the wicket and delivers a bouncer at his body, the short leg comes into play which plays a role in his dismissal. To this, Ashwin hilariously came up with a reply stating that even Don Bradman will be troubled with such a delivery.

Here’s the comment and the reply:

Meanwhile, Ravi Ashwin was one of the players to not play in the three-day warm-up game against County Select XI. However, he could be the first name on the playing XI sheet for the first Test against England at Trent Bridge starting on August 4. The off-spinner will be looking to make an impact and apart from his bowling, his batting will also be required as the lower-order performance plays an important role in England.
